About the Fiery Redhead!
Erika Beardsley has been sharing her passion for exercise with people since 2001. She started teaching kickboxing at a local Tae Kwon Do school and quickly realized she loved teaching aerobics. In 2002, she became certified to teach group exercise and started teaching step aerobics, group cycling (spin), body sculpting, cardio conditioning, and boot camp, in addition to kickboxing at the Greenbush Area YMCA. Erika has also worked at the Troy YMCA and Bally's Total Fitness in Albany. Erika has been teaching various cardio and strength classes since 2002 but her roots are in kickboxing; "the fun and excitement of putting combinations of punches and kicks together provides an sense of empowerment like no other exercise."

Fiery Redhead Cardio Kickboxing
KICBOXING CLASSES or Cardio kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. Still one of the most popular fitness trends, these workouts can burn 500-800 calories in an hour. This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. In this kickboxing class, participants will strike at punching bags and learn various combinations and punches and kicks. Come ready to kick butt!!! Classes are $10.00 each.
Fiery Redhead Fitness Personal Training
We offer individuals one-on-one time to learn proper techniques for fitness and tailor exercises to the individual's needs. As your personal trainer, I will develop programs and choose exercises that provide the optimum results and take into account the activities you enjoy.
My commitment is to motivate you and push you to your limit. All the results you want are outside your comfort zone. I will celebrate your successes and help you get back on track if you experience a set back. Group rates available for people who enjoy working out with a friend. Contact Erika for rates. Boot CampBOOT CAMP is an intense 7 week course designed to help you break old fitness routines and start something new. Each class is different and participants gain confidence to take their fitness goals to the next level. Classes are held outside (rain or shine) during the summer months and indoors during the cooler months. Mat and free weights required.
